• A photo of the item showing the issue

We offer refunds or free replacements for:

• Wrong item received
• Item not delivered

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Wrong size chosen by the customer
• Minor colour differences from screen to screen

Refund Process Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.

Delivery Times Our products ship internationally. Please allow 7-20 business days for delivery.
